Meet Julius
I started in marketing in 2016. Worked across NPOs, automotive, medical, financial, alcohol, recruitment—industries that don't give you room to learn slowly. I either solved the problem or didn't.
Eighteen months ago I enrolled in a BSc in Software Engineering. Not because I needed credentials. Because marketing runs on AI and automation now, and I got tired of guessing how they work. I wanted to build with them, not just talk about them.
I dropped out of my first degree to work in marketing because the work paid better than the certificate. Same calculus now. I study code at night, run Volente during the day, because that's where the actual problems are.
I don't do buzzwords. I don't do meetings about meetings. I verify everything, automate what's repetitive, and deliver what I promise. Most agencies oversell and underdeliver. I got tired of watching SMEs get burned by that.
